Kenyan coffee is graded according to size although some of the highest quality coffee beans can also be found in smaller sizes. This combination of 3 bean varietals in two sizes results in the uniquely delicious blend. Roasting at  temperatures of around 190°C for 13 minutes results in citrus acidity , and a smooth finish. The complex tones of butter, vanilla & ash become more pronounced as the coffee cools after roasting, leaving a balanced body. This is an excellent gift for a coffee lover.
